You can cancel your services at any time directly through the NovoServe Client Area in the portals. This guide outlines the cancellation process and the required notice periods.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your cancellation request via email. Your service will remain active until the end of your final billing period, as determined by the notice period.
Required Notice Periods
The required notice period depends on the initial contract term of your service. If your contract term is one month (monthly contract), then the required notice period is one business day. If the contract term is one year (annual contract), then the notice period is one calendar month.
