How are the sales tracked?
We track the sales by tracking (affiliate) links and cookies. When a user clicks on your tracking link, we place cookies into their browser and they help us recognize that it is your referred user.
What is a tracking link?
A tracking link, also known as an affiliate link, is a special URL that helps us identify that a particular referral came from your reference. Like this determine which links bring conversions. More specifically, the tracking link can:
- - Recognise where the user came from;
- - Check whether they make a purchase or not;
- - Validate the conversion.
How long does an affiliate cookie last?
The affiliate cookies are stored for 60 days. However, if a previous affiliate’s cookie is already placed in the same user’s browser, it will be overwritten with the new cookie. NovoServe does not hold any responsibility for cookies that are deleted intentionally by the user.
What happens if the client cancels the plan?
If the client cancels his plan during the first contract month, the commission will also be revoked.

Will I get paid for hosting renewals or upgrades?
NovoServe Affiliate Program pays for the initial purchase of a new user; we do not pay commission for renewals or upgrades.
What are the payout requirements?
Commission payments are issued under the following conditions:
- - The minimum payout is EUR200 for PayPal and EUR500 for bank transfers.
- - 45 Day minimum term before commission payout.
- - To receive your payout you have to send a request to [email protected] with your affiliate ID and payment details until the end of the month;
- - Invoices are generated at the beginning of the next month and payouts are released after the 15th of each month.
NovoServe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and cancel all commission payments due if you violate the Affiliate Program Agreement.
