About NovoServe

NovoServe delivers hosted dedicated servers to customers from multiple data centers across the Netherlands. We are a fast-growing company with an informal atmosphere and international ambitions. We invest heavily in automation. This allows us to scale operations rapidly and serve our customers optimally. To facilitate this rapid growth, we develop proprietary systems for IaaS provisioning. We build in-house platforms to manage thousands of servers and provide a custom API that allows customers to use our services even faster and easier.

Core Responsibilities

As an Order Delivery Coordinator, you manage the complete delivery pipeline for our bare metal server orders. You monitor progress, handle administration, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders. This requires tight collaboration with Sales, the Network team, the Data Center team, Procurement, and the customer.

You play a central role in streamlining all customer orders. The moment an order arrives, you take charge. You initiate the necessary follow-up tasks and immediately request the correct VLANs and IP space from the network team. Next, you translate the desired server and data center configurations into clear objectives, enabling the Data Center team to accurately build and register the hardware.

If a component is out of stock, you notify the Procurement Manager. In the event of longer lead times, you brief the relevant Account Manager and the customer, actively pitching equivalent alternatives. You maintain a continuous overview of all concurrent orders. As the central point of contact, you keep everyone aligned and guarantee precise data entry in our registration systems.

Your Profile

You operate at an MBO (vocational) working and thinking level, ideally complemented by a few years of relevant experience in a similar role. Affinity with IT, servers, and data centers is a strong advantage, though not a strict requirement. You are structured and stress-resistant. You easily manage multiple parallel orders. You think in solutions. You communicate clearly and transparently with both customers and colleagues. You are a natural connector, effectively bridging different technical departments to ensure smooth deliveries. Furthermore, you are proactive and possess strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
