Do I Need to Do Know Your Customer (KYC) Or Business (KYB) Verification?

In an increasingly global economy, companies and organizations are becoming more and more vulnerable to illicit activities. With a focus on compliance and acting as a good standing IaaS provider, NovoServe requires new customers to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) or Know your Business (KYB) standard verification procedure.

How the Verification Process Starts

After you register a new account, you will see a pop-up in our customer portal inviting you to complete our KYC (for individuals) or KYB (for businesses) verification.

From this pop-up, you have two options: Verify or Decline.

Proceed with KYC/KYB

If you choose to Verify, the details you submit will be verified by our trusted partner Trulio before we process and deliver the services you order. Please make sure that the information you provide us is up-to-date and accurate. This will ensure a smooth onboarding and verification process and create a safe environment. The client information you submit to us will initially be verified using comprehensive approach which entails various features including anti-fraud software and European VAT ID validation, among others.

If we cannot verify your details automatically based on the information provided, we will reach out to you. In the event that we must verify your identity or require additional business information, we will contact you directly. This extra verification process is a manual procedure. You will be contacted via the email address you provided, and which is registered in your account. You may be required to provide additional information or supporting documentation if we have any questions concerning business name and registration, business website, personal contact details, proof of identity, address, and location. Once fully verified for adequate compliance standards, we can accept your order and continue with the service delivery.

Also, for our existing clients, we may verify your details or request that you provide additional information or supporting documentation. In this case, we will give you ample notice and opportunity to provide the required information.

Proceed without verification

If you choose to Decline the verification pop-up, please note that this comes with some restrictions on your account: Your account will have an ordering limit of €1000 MRR.

To have this limit removed in the future, you will need to complete the full verification process through Trulio.
