This is a proactive, non-critical warning. It indicates that a component in your server—such as the CPU, memory (RAM), Power Supply Unit (PSU), or storage disks—is running warmer than its optimal threshold. Your server should continue to operate normally without any immediate performance degradation.
Potential Risk: Ignoring a persistent temperature warning could lead to future hardware failure or automatic performance throttling by the system to prevent overheating. It is always best to investigate the cause.
To resolve this, our on-site engineers would need to physically inspect the server to identify the cause of the high temperature (e.g., a failing fan or airflow obstruction).
Please note: During the physical inspection, a brief period of scheduled downtime (typically up to 30 minutes) may be required to safely examine the server's internal components.
