As a reputable Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) provider, we comply with all international laws and regulations, which includes respecting intellectual property and copyright law. We process all valid abuse reports, including those concerning copyright infringement (such as DMCA takedown notices).
We expect all our customers to operate in compliance with the law and to respect copyright protections. Our network is not to be used for the illegal distribution of copyrighted material. This policy is clearly outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
When we receive a valid abuse report concerning your service, our process is as follows:
Notification: We will forward the abuse complaint to you, the customer, and request that you take the necessary action to resolve the issue.
Customer Action: You are required to investigate the complaint and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
Escalation: If a customer does not follow up on instructions from our Abuse Department, or in cases of severe or repeated violations (such as illegal live streaming), we reserve the right to suspend part or all of the services in question.
